I’m training for an ultra marathon so anything for recovery and rest actually is what I’m looking for. I have a tough time sometimes with recovery and end up in overtraining syndrome.
I have done tons and tons of research on running nutrition purely out of desperation. Initially I was throwing up after every single run over 13 miles. Felt like I was dying because my blood sugar was plummeting. Doctors answer was stop running. Finally figured that out after months of research. But I’m more than willing to answer any questions anyone has about running . I also lift pretty regularly as well. Recovery is going not so great tho. I know that it’s significant damage being done. One of the gym instructors told me to try essential oils.
